Farooqzada Construction & Engineering Company (FCEC) is non-political and non-governmental organization established in February 2011. Rolled by qualified and experienced group of businesspersons and construction engineers in Kabul, Afghanistan. Farooqzada Construction & Engineering Company (FCEC) leaded by Engineer Monir Ahmad MOJADEDI and qualified construction engineers has started its active presence in the construction and rehabilitation of Afghanistan and registered with the Afghanistan investment support agency (AISA) in February 2011.

Farooqzada Construction & Engineering Company (FCEC) would like to take the opportunity to actively participate in the rehabilitation of Afghanistan as the infrastructure of the country was destroyed during the past years of conflict. Afghanistan is a country of different cultures, communities and climates. Due to war and economic instability, construction of necessary infrastructure was for many years not undertaken, however recently especially since the increased international attention on Afghanistan.

The country has been given the opportunity to rebuild the necessary infrastructures for society. Construction of necessary infrastructure including schools, energy supplies and roads needed throughout the entire country and construction work has commenced. FCEC is a group of construction expert engineers and supporting staff with expertise in civil engineering, and irrigation engineering.

FCEC provides quality construction works in a number of provinces in Afghanistan. FCEC is also an institute for new graduates from different faculties of engineering, providing technical and practical “on the job training”.

FCEC is a will-organized group providing quality services in the fields of construction of highways and building divisions. FCEC highways division consists of highly experienced personal who believe in quality rather than quantity. Additionally FCEC building division has also expert engineers and supporting staff.

Mission and objectives

To plan, design and undertake rehabilitation and reconstruction projects in social and economic sectors all over Afghanistan in cooperation and financial support of the national and international bodies.

Construction of social, cultural and economic buildings needed in the urban rural areas.

reconstruction and renovation of public buildings including mosques, universities, schools, hospitals, primary and secondary roads, bridges, digging tube well (deep wells) to facilitate drinking water for the population all over Afghanistan …etc.

maintain close coordination/cooperation between donor organizations and the beneficiaries

History

Farooqzada Construction & Engineering Company FCEC was established in 2011 and registered with the Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA) on 2011 and with the ministry of commerce and industry as well. FCEC is a newly established company with the qualified and experienced engineers and supporting staff. Most of the staff of FCEC including the construction engineers have experiences between 10-11 years of experience working with donor organizations and the governmental departments. FCEC is proud to start in the field of construction and rehabilitation serving Afghan population, donor organization and afghan government. FCCE also supplies the construction materials, and equipment to its clients as well. the qualified engineers of FCEC has experience and capable to construction design and plans, installation of Telecommunication Towers, varieties of mosaic installation, all kinds of masonry works including brick masonry, stone masonry, concrete block masonry etc., PCC & RCC designs and set up, paving roads and asphalt, building and construction of different kinds of buildings.  In addition to the registration with AISA, Farooqzada Construction & Engineering Company (FCEC) is registered with the following private sector leading associations, and governmental departments
